This renovated historic building combines old and new and offers 5 apartments in a variety of sizes, a common courtyard and a wide roof terrace.
The idea was to create a unique tourism experience that offers hotel comfort along with neighborhood authenticity and meetings between people.
Due to the desire to preserve the spirit of the building, considerable effort was invested in preserving architectural elements and inlaying original unique items found in the building.
